    By the way..that sort of urban legend about pyrex dishes exploding in the oven? It is NOT an urban legend. Happened to me two days ago and it was not a pretty sight, so be careful when you bend in to baste, or add water to a pan. Shards everywhere. Just thought I'd throw that in.
