Great online community where you can find someone who speaks Spanish and wants to Learn English. You can chat by voice, instant messenger, or web cam, whichever you choose. You spend half your time speaking English and half your time speaking Spanish so you both get practice. The service is free. Obviously, you need to be at least quasi-conversational for this to work.
