Peninsula Condo

Hello,
Does anyone have any idea how far the Peninsula Condo building is from the El Moro?
The only reason why I am asking is because my parents are interested in purchasing a condo in the Peninsula and they would like to know before they head out to Mazatlan again? Is this in Nuevo Mazatlan? Any info on the area would be helpful.

It is out at cerritos, past the marina and across the bridge. As far as I know, construction has not started.

Just an FYI, everyone here has heard sad stories from people who bought condos that weren't built yet. Projects don't always happen as planned here, and buyers have very little protection. There are lots of condos that actually exist on the market.

Thanks for the heads up. The real estate agent that my parents are speaking to said that the model unit will be ready in about ten days. Do you or anyone know by any chance if the builder began building the structure yet?

Hello Everyone,
It's been a while since I have posted.
I have great news.
My parents were down in Mazatlan in November and decided to purchase a 2 bedroom + studio unit on the 8th floor in the Peninsula.
To my understanding the building is coming along quite well.
They got a fantastic deal and the builder is offering better deals right now.
They have awesome financing plans if anyone is interested.
I can't wait to come down in August and see the progress and spend some time in beautiful Mazatlan.
Now its my husband and my turn to purchase something.

We were at the Peninsula Condo
on dec 23rd 2009...
for the exhibition of Glen...

We were impressed by the construction... one of the towers is quite advanced
