SUGGESTION

The real Estate subject should be extended
to ===> Real Estate "Investment" and related financial matters
Or Real Estate Acquisitions, Rentals and other taxes, visas  and related subject

or something that enable the reader
to see that there is more to it
than just Real estate.

There is not enough traffic in the real estate board right now to justify splitting it up, but perhaps we should change the board description.

Not need to split anything
just extend (the subject in) the title

Which basically means what you said ;)

or "change the board description".
